NSWHPA AGM Notice
Date for next AGM has not been announced. 
All current HGFA members who are residing in NSW are welcome to attend and participate.
 
Notice of the last AGM was posted October 2009. 
The association's last AGM was on Friday, 4th December 2009, Chatswood RSL 446 Victoria Ave.  Chatswood  at 7.30pm.

Agenda at last AGM:
1. Apologies.
2. Read previous meeting's minutes.
3. President's (or, in his absence, the Vice President’s) report on previous year.
4. Treasurer’s financial report
5. General Business & operation suggestions.
6. Vote on the proposed amendment to the Financial Policy of the association, regarding financing of litigation for flying sites.
7. Nominations  and appointment of new members to the Committee.
